Event Sponsorships Opportunities

NJSPRA holds the following events each year:

Three Full-Day Workshops: Our Fall Workshop, Winter Workshop, and Spring Workshop are held at the NJPSA/FEA Conference Center in Monroe Township and open to all members and guests including school communications professionals, superintendents and other administrators tasked with or interested in effective school communications. Events typically run from 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. with networking during coffee/continental breakfast and lunch as well as short breaks between sessions. Attendance averages 80 people.

Fall Workshop & Communication Awards Ceremony - October 9, 2025

Spring Workshop - March 26, 2026

Annual Meeting: This year, NJSPRA mixes it up with our Annual Meeting taking place at a New Jersey Somerset Patriots Baseball Game on the evening of May 12th. The event includes a brief annual business meeting, announcement of new Executive Board officers and recognition of outgoing officers, discussion on 2026-27 workshop topics, followed by the game and networking! Sponsors will interact with attendees throughout the event instead of hosting a table.

Sponsorship Levels

The following sponsorships are available for all four events listed above.

Patron Sponsor: $950

• Acknowledgment as sponsor with logo and link on event promotions

Champion Sponsor: $1,500

• Acknowledgment as sponsor with logo and link on event promotions

• Two event registrations
• Acknowledgment as sponsor during event welcome and agenda
• Dedicated slide during program (to be provided to VP Programming)*
• 30-second script providing overview of services for NJSPRA representative to accompany slide (to be provided to VP Programming)*

Discounted Sponsorship Package
Workshop Series Champion Sponsor: $4000 

• Champion Sponsor benefits for all three full-day workshops (see details at left)
• Represents $500 savings for the year

Awards Sponsor: $1,200
Limit One

The 2025 Communication Awards Ceremony will take place in the afternoon at our Fall Workshop on October 9. One Awards Sponsorship is available for this portion of the day and includes:

• Two-minute presentation to attendees during event
• Co-present awards with NSPRA President
• Logo included on social media promotions and awards website

Virtual Workshop Sponsorships: $250
Limit Two per Workshop

On occasion, NJSPRA holds virtual workshops. Workshops run one hour, typically on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and are included in NJSPA membership. Non-members may also attend for a fee. We are offering limited opportunity for Virtual Workshop sponsorships.
